Do you know that the animal in the Mozilla Firefox logo is not a fox but a panda? “Firefox” is actually a red panda which is a protected species in Asia. They’re most closely related to racoon and giant panda. Both red and giant pandas have a false thumb which is actually an extended wrist bone and it allows them to grip and handle bamboo. The red panda is listed as endangered on the IUCN Red List.
