Do you know there is a “Bar” in the middle of our galaxy?

Did you know that there is an open bar in the middle of the galaxy? Sagittarius B2 is the name of this open bar. Sagittarius B2 is a molecular cloud which is located in the middle of the Milky Way. This molecular cloud is made up of various complex compounds like ethanol, methanol and ethyl formate. Ethanol is the main chemical compound in alcohol while ethyl formate is the chemical compound which is partially responsible for the smell of raspberry. As Sagittarius B2 is a molecular cloud it is in its infant stage of being a star.
