Do You Know Why Black Panthers are Black?

Not only Wakanda in marvel movies, but now we have a black panther in Sri Lanka too. You may have heard the news of the Black Panther which was considered to be extinct in Sri Lanka. These panthers are black in colour as an adaptation to the dark and cold environment that they live in. Their black coloured skin helps them to hunt and protect themselves from enemies. It is believed that they have gained its unique characteristics due to a recessive gene colour mutation.
