Did you know that in some countries “fog” is used as a source of water?

In the morning people some people in several districts may observe fog. For most people fog is a nuisance. But do you know that in some countries fog is utilized as a water source? The instrument that is used to create water from fog is known as fog catcher. Fog catcher is a single or double layer mesh net. The mesh blocks the fog and the water droplets condenses on the mesh. With the assist of gravity these water droplets drop into a gutter which leads to the storage tanks.
