Do you know why we feel warm before it rains? The humidity of the environment rises before the rain. That means the atmosphere is water saturated with vapor. Your body cools itself by sweat evaporating which disperses your heat into the surrounding atmosphere. If the air is humid the sweat cannot evaporate and therefore we feel warm
